Belleview Park - Riding the Train

What a fun day! A short train ride, petting farm, a playground, lunch at Qdoba ... now sitting on the back porch, laptop on lap. Biggest bummer - daddy is in Montana and wasn't with us. Would have been more fun to have him with us. But grandma and Auntie Shawn made it an extra special day!

Lisa- looks like so much fun!!! I'll have to remember that for when Grandma and Grandpa come in September. Glad you got to get in some fun playtime.

We're excited for you, as you begin this next chapter in your lives. We went through Kalispell just last month.

We were happy to see them, but sorry that Scott and Julie had to endure such hideous heat while they were here. We have maybe three days each summer where we wish we had a/c. Sadly, their visit coincided with one of those times. It's usually much more pleasant, temperature-wise. They were good sports, though! So if you ever find yourself in our area, don't let that deter you from stopping in...

It was a great day - but why is it that after such a fun-filled day, kids have to crash and burn the next day? One or both of them have been crying since they woke up! ahhh! Sleeping now, thankfully. Glad for the quiet.

Shawnie - I'm glad you figured it out! Love you, sis.
