It is important that I say, this conference would not have been possible had it not been for my amazing husband! Home with the kids ... during the week ... he is truly a saint!

I need to confess that I don't read your blog daily -- I suppose because it requires me to go to a different site. (I know -- how hard can that actually be?!) But I did just get caught up on what you've been posting. So I'm sorry that this comment is not very timely.
I loved your thoughts about Song of Solomon/Songs. That has always bothered me, too -- it's supposed to be a book that pictures covenant marriage of the type God intends, but how could it when Solomon was so promiscuous? So I like your perspective. That makes a lot more sense to me.
Your conference sounds wonderful. How nice for you to have that time to refresh your soul!
